• The lounge although not large can seat six persons comfortably. Has leather sofa and two reclining armchairs and fitted glassed unit complete with drinking glasses, etc.
• Well equipped separate kitchen with granite worktops and having dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, electric toaster, steamer, iron, microwave etc.
• TV with a good range of English channels, a music system, DVD player (some DVDs are provided incl. childrens).
• Dining area in the kitchen, but also outside a terrace alfresco dining area with gas BBQ.
• Two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a separate bathroom and twin bedded bedroom.

• Attached to the villa is an annexe in which there are twin beds, so can sleep 8 persons. This annexe is accessed separately from the main villa. Use of bathroom for this annexe would be in the main villa.
• Good sized pool measuring 5 m x 3 mts.with roman steps and pool cover and electrically heated in winter months. Wonderful sea views can be seen from the pool terrace with views to the neighbouring island of La Gomera and the daily sunsets.
• Electrically operated poolside shower
• Villa has the benefit of electric security shutters and the garden has an automatic watering system.

Constructed on a 500 sq. mt. plot this villa is in good decorative order and is furnished to a high standard. There are gardens and terraces. The villa itself is all on one level. There are approx 15 steps up from the roadside parking in the street to the villa terrace and villa and pool area.

The villa is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Callao Salvaje, but car would be recommended for shopping etc.

No smoking allowed inside the villa. Sorry, no pets or animals allowed.

Callao Salvaje is a coastal resort situated on the south west tip of the island of Tenerife, some 30 mins taxi ride from the airport and only 10 minutes drive from Playa de las Americas. it is reputed to be located in the warmest and sunniest part of the island. It has a regular bus service and taxis are always available as well as car hire companies. There is a small beach of sand and pebble. 
It has good restaurants most of which are on the ocean front, Bars - some with live entertainment, supermarkets, shops, bank, gymnasium, chemist, doctor's surgery, beauty salon,
