• Second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors leading to the pool terrace and has a bathroom across the hall way

• All the bedrooms are light and airy. Three have ceiling fans. Other rooms have free standing fans
• Bathrooms - two have WC Bath with shower. Four have WC and shower enclosure.
• Large pool measuring 5m x 9 m approx. and has a depth of   1.2 mtrs - 2 mts. and roman steps into pool (electrically heated in winter months). Has ample sun beds and loungers

The villa of 300 sq. mts. has been refurbished to a very high standard with the clients comfort and relaxation in mind.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac road with roadside parking and off road parking.

The villa is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Callao Salvaje, but a car is recommended.
It is 20 mins drive from Tenerife South airport. 10 mins drive to the prestigious golf courses of Abama and Adeje Golf.
Also only 10 minutes drive away from the newly to be opened Siam Park - will be a fantastic tourist attraction.
Within walking distance is the natural cove of Callao Salvaje with its small natural beach of sand and pebble. Larger manmade beaches in El Beril and Fanabe are only 10 mins. drive away.

Children are most welcome in the villa.

No pets are allowed. No smoking allowed in the villa.

There is an end of week maid service giving complete change of linen and towels when stay is more than one week.

The villa is ideal for all ages but not wheelchair accessible.

Rental days of arrival are flexible.

A damage bond is required refundable directly after vacating villa to nominated bank account.

Callao Salvaje is a coastal resort situated on the south west tip of the island of Tenerife, some 30 mins taxi ride from the airport and only 10 minutes drive from Playa de las Americas. it is reputed to be located in the warmest and sunniest part of the island. It has a regular bus service and taxis are always available as well as car hire companies. There is a small beach of sand and pebble. 
It has good restaurants most of which are on the ocean front, Bars - some with live entertainment, supermarkets, shops, bank, gymnasium, chemist, doctor's surgery, beauty salon,
