BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. The arrangements are made
subject to the following conditions and receipt of the non-refundable
deposit from the client is confirmation that he/she/or they understands,
accepts and agrees these conditions. All booking must be made
in writing on the form attached.
2. The name the "owner" refers to the owner and her
chosen representatives.
3. When booking the client shall pay the specified deposits.
When the owner accepts the booking the deposit will be retained
and go towards the cost of the villa rental. The owner cannot
accept responsibility for any delays in the receipt and our confirmation
of the same.
4. Payment in full for bookings must be made within 8 weeks
of arrival date.
5. After receiving your final payment, information will be mailed
to you regarding directions and access to the villa.
6. In order to ensure that the villa is clean and ready
for your arrival and for the party following you, we specify
that the rental begins at 4.00pm (local time) on the arrival
date and ends at 10.00am (local time) on the departure date.
7. If the accommodation offered cannot be provided before the
departure date, due to circumstances beyond the owner's control,
the owner undertakes to offer either alternative accommodation
or a refund for the accommodation.
8. A booking deposit of 20% is required and is non-refundable.
The balance is due 2 months before departure date, non-refundable
in the event of cancellation
9. All cancellations must be notified in writing. The effective
date of cancellation is the date that your written cancellation
reaches us.
10. The villa will not be rented to a person under 21 years
of age or parties of single young persons.
11. You must not sub-let the accommodation, allow persons not
listed on the booking form to stay overnight or allow pets or
animals to stay in the villa.
12. The owner cannot accept liability for any death, personal
injury, sickness, accident, loss (including luggage & personal
affects), suffered by you or any other visitor to the villa
or swimming pool.
13. The owner cannot be held responsible in any way if war, riots,
cival commotion, terrorist activities, strikes, disaster, technical
problems or any other events beyond the control of the owner
bring any cancellation or change by the owner.
14. Persons/ children under the age of 21 years are not accepted
unless accompanied by a parent of adult.
15. Please be advised that you are liable for any damage to the villa
or its contents.
16. Any damage or breakages at the villa caused by clients must
be paid for in Tenerife.
17. Parents must accompany children around swimming pool and
pool terrace area at the villa at all times. Children are the
sole responsbility of parents in case of accidents.
18. Clients will be expected to take out insurance to cover health,
cancellation etc. No refund of payment balance will be made for
cancellations within 8 weeks of departure date.

£300 for 3 bedroom spacious larger villas
£400 for 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom villas
