views across the bay, over La Gomera and the mountains to the
rear.

two settees, large 42 inch flat screen TV with 600 channels (the
villa having a large satellite dish). A DVD and large DVD library.

in an 'L' shape to the fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob,
toaster, microwave, kettle, iron, dishwasher, fridge freezer
and a separate utility area with washing machine and second fridge
- Downstairs from the hallway
there is a large basement play room with TV, sound system
and bar, DVD, ideal for family celebration evening
- Bedroom 1 with en suite bathroom
is on ground floor opening onto terrace
- Bedroom 2 and 3 are on first
floor with double beds
- Bedroom 4 on first floor with
twin beds
- Bedroom 5 is on first floor
with double bed and small private terrace and en suite bathroom
- There is a separate bathroom
on the first floor
- All bedrooms are equipped

Has everything you need for
a relaxing holiday soaking up the sun by the large heated pool
and enjoying the heated spa, whilst being easily accessible for
exploring the island of Tenerife.
The pool is large and heated in winter months and plenty of sun
loungers and patio furniture. There is a poolside shower with
WC.
The three apartments in the villa grounds have double beds, kitchen,
bathroom with shower and WC. Also with TV and DVD.
Within walking distance to
shops and restaurants about 10 mins but up hill walking back
so car would be advantageous.
No smoking
allowed in bedrooms. Sorry, no pets or animals allowed.
Normally Friday arrival dates.
All inside linen and towels
are provided. Also cot and high chair. Portable room fans. BBQ.

Local Area
Callao Salvaje is a
coastal resort situated on the south west tip of the island of
Tenerife, some 30 mins taxi ride from the airport and only 10
minutes drive from Playa de las Americas. it is reputed to be
located in the warmest and sunniest part of the island. It has
a regular bus service and taxis are always available as well
as car hire companies. There is a small beach of sand and pebble.
It has good restaurants most
of which are on the ocean front, Bars - some with live entertainment,
supermarkets, shops, bank, gymnasium, chemist, doctor's surgery,
beauty salon,
Distance to Local Town Centre
500m.
Near shops and restaurants
of Callao Salvaje ie 3 mins drive away. BUT because there
is a hill - car would be advantageous.
Within 5 mins drive of Adeje Golf Course and within 10 mins drive
of the new and prestigious Abama Golf Course.
