From the garage at ground level there is a spiral staircase to the pool terrace which can be utilitized by clients in staying in the two bed apt. without the necessity of going through the main house.

Property has about 12 steps leading up the front door of the villa and from the childrens play area so wheelchairs not really accessible here, but there is the private roadway at the side of the villa which would give access to anyone with walking difficulties.

The property is located on the road between Callao Salvaje and Playa San Juan and is in rural location with mountain views and banana plantations nearby. The is a local supermarket, restaurant, bar and tennis courts and some shops only 750 mtrs. away. Car is recommended for this property. Only a 2/3 minute drive to the main area of hotels, cars, bank, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc., and 10 minute drive from Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos and 30 mins. drive from the south airport.

The Abama golf resort is only a short distance away and Adeje golf 10 mins drive.

Local Area

Callao Salvaje is a coastal resort situated on the south west tip of the island of Tenerife, some 30 mins taxi ride from the airport and only 10 minutes drive from Playa de las Americas. it is reputed to be located in the warmest and sunniest part of the island. It has a regular bus service and taxis are always available as well as car hire companies. There is a small beach of sand and pebble. 

It has good restaurants most of which are on the ocean front, Bars - some with live entertainment, supermarkets, shops, banks, gymnasium, chemist, doctor's surgery, beauty salon,
