All interior linen and towels supplied. Poolside towels not provided. Mid weekly towel change supplied. End of each week total linen change and part clean supplied.

Car hire recommended, but not essential.

Villa sits in alightly elevated position in an attractive pedestrianised urbanisation. Easy walk of less than 10 mins to centre of village which has everything you could possibly need. 

Excellent range of restaurants to suit all budgets, bars, entertainment, tennis courts, gymnasium, 3 banks, dentist, doctor.

Local pebble and sand beach cove. Large man made beach only 10 mins drive away.

Local management company on hand any assitance you may require.

Friday arrival day preferred but there is some flexibility

Local Area

Callao Salvaje is 30 minutes taxi ride from the airport and 10 mins from Playa de las Americas. It is purported to have the best weather on the island. Good restaurants on the ocean front. Bars, some with live entertainment. Supermarkets, Shops, Gymnasium. Good regular bus service to all other area. Car hire easily obtainable.

Distance to Local Town Centre 500m , The local town is lively, but not wild - quiet bars and pubs.
